1. How long does it take for the charge to show in Concur 'Available Card Charges' after the PPPL Travel Card has been used to pay for a travel expense?

It can take 7-10 days (or longer for International charges) for the charge to come into the 'Available Card Charges' pane.


 

2. What if I have expenses charged to my PPPL Travel Card, but they are not in Concur Travel and Expense to attach to my expense report?

You should wait to submit those expenses until you do see them in the tool and can match them to a report. Do not enter the expenses manually. Some vendors do not submit charge card expenses timely and there could be as much as week delay.


 

3. Why did my card get declined?

A purchase may be declined if trying to make a purchase at a vendor that has been blocked or if the card has exceeded its credit limit.


 

4. I accidentally put a personal expense on the PPPL Travel Card; what do I do?

For personal, non-reimbursable expenses, include it in your expense report but mark the expense as Personal/Non-reimbursable in the Expense Type field.


 

5. What if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is ever lost or stolen, immediately report this to the Travel Office. You should then contact the bank at (888) 449-2273, or at (509) 353-6656 outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Note: A card that is subsequently found by the cardholder after being reported lost or stolen must be destroyed.


 

6. How do I dispute a charge?

To dispute a charge, first contact the vendor. If that does not resolve the issue, then contact Bank of America at at (888) 449-2273.
